Grilled skeins of lamb

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 4 skeins of Fergonvi lamb
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 dried garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Parsley
  • A splash of extra virgin olive oil

This is how we cook it:

1. Chop the skeins into 5 or 6 slices.

2. Prepare a sauce of parsley, garlic and oil, all well chopped and minced in mortar and reserve.

3. Put the skein slices on the racks with enough apart for them to grill well.

4. Once they are well browned, remove and bathe them with the garlic and parsley sauce.

Don't forget to bathe them with a splash of lemon, and put the slice in your piece of bread!!

Note: You can also make them in a fryer, griddle or frying pan. Try all the options, and choose your favorite!
