The zarajo is a product considered to be an acquired taste and very much appreciated by our customers. Up until now, our product is the only one which is still manufactured in the traditional way, by using totally natural vine leaves, which give it such an exquisite and characteristic flavour. It is always up to the most demanding palates with the necessary freshness and quality.
Different sizes and cooking times are used to suit our customers’ requirements.
