Madejas are appetizers very typical of Aragon, whose rise started a few decades ago at the beginning of “tapas” and table portions in bars, becoming latterly one of the most ingrained dishes of Aragon’s gastronomy.
Different sizes and cooking times are used to suit the requirements of our clients.
