What started off as being a small workshop where ovine offal was cleaned and tied in a rather rudimentary way, it has now turned into a meat industry which relies on the sanitary requirements and with all the necessary means for the correct development of our activities.
We rely on halls for production and baking, a hall for the packaging of zarajos as well as a hall for the packaging of offal. Our facilities are equipped with refrigeration units for conservation and we also rely on a freezing tunnel at -40 ºC so as to achieve the best freezing of our products.
